We will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your delivery address. Order fulfillment and delivery times don’t include Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. During the peak shipping season, there may also be slight delays in delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

The shipping costs include participation in preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. They are fixed, consisting of a fixed part and a part depending on the number of items ordered. Only the geographical area and the shipping method chosen by you vary the amount.

4. Delivery Methods

We recommend inspecting the package for any damage before signing for it. If you notice any issues, please refuse the delivery and notify us promptly for assistance. If you discover any quality issues after accepting the package, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

8. Delivery Issues

In the event of special circumstances (such as natural disasters, logistics company strikes, etc.) causing delivery delays, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone and strive to provide a solution. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or other personal reasons.
